When Vermont passed marriage equality in September, we knew it was time for us to tie the knot. It seemed to be the signal we were waiting for. Seth was born in Vermont and lived there for his first 30 years.
We spent months discussing what the wedding should be. We settled on a small civil ceremony with our immediate families present, followed by dinner. We decided to do it at City Hall in Burlington. Seth lived and worked in Burlington for 13 years. We knew everyone would enjoy their time there.

Congrats to you and Seth!
ReplyDeleteCraig and I are really happy for you. You've always seemed good together. Somehow a wedding in Vermont sounds a bit better than a civil union in New Jersey! Best to yous. David V.
